Review guidelines

Reviews on Goodside Print come only from customers who bought what they're reviewing. We publish every review that follows these guidelines, whether it's good or bad.

Who can review

• Only buyers. A few days after your order arrives we email you a link for each item, and you can also review from your orders page. Each item you bought can have one review.
• We ask every customer, not only the ones we think are happy.
• We never pay for reviews or give discounts, gifts or anything else for them, good or bad.
• You can change your review for 30 days after you write it.

What a review shows

Your rating, your title and words, the name you choose to show, the date, what you bought (for example the quantity and paper) and a "Verified purchase" badge. Photos you add show once a person has checked them. We remove location and camera details from every photo.

What we publish

Everything that follows the rules below. We never hold back or remove a review because it's negative, because of its star rating, or because it criticizes us. When something went wrong, we may reply in public under your review.

The only reasons we take a review down

We don't publish a review, or a photo, that has:

1. Spam or advertising, including links to other websites.
2. Profanity, slurs or harassment.
3. Someone's personal information, such as a phone number, an email address or a home address.
4. Nothing to do with the product or your order.

If we don't publish your review, we tell you which rule it broke, and you can edit it and send it again.
